We invest directly, or through our specialist subsidiaries, and we are always interested in new opportunities — whether wholly owned or as a significant shareholder.
What we are not is a passive holder. We provide senior executive staff to help with the day-to-day management of our investments and to support our partners. In practice that means we take on operating problems rather than writing a cheque and waiting.
Where we invest alongside clients, we do so on the same terms and with the same exposure.
