The division
Financing, from the earliest stage.
We assist clients by advising on the best approach to financing at the earliest stage of their projects. We then work with them to devise, source and implement bespoke structured financing — and we will often invest directly in projects alongside our clients.
Besides the corporate finance practice, our companies provide aggregated FX liquidity, institutional trade execution, fast and inexpensive worldwide money transfer, self-managed debit card services and a range of other brokerage services.

ProLiquidity
High-performance FX market liquidity for hedge funds, high-frequency traders and corporate clients. ProLiquidity streams deep interbank liquidity worldwide with low latency and fully transparent execution, and connects institutional asset managers running managed algorithmic spot strategies to institutional-grade brokerage liquidity.
The platform links to back-office reporting covering all aspects of trading performance, so account holders can view account information in real time. Trading is carried out by selected, FCA-regulated asset managers.
Oasis Capital Markets
Our markets, private brokerage and venture capital arm. OCM manages all group internal markets and trading operations, and provides corporate finance advice and bespoke financing solutions for clients. Where appropriate we help clients obtain public listings, and we often act as a direct investor in their projects.
XPrime Markets
Established in 2020 as an institutional-only brokerage regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and an 80% subsidiary of Oasis Capital Markets. XPrime provides spot market execution for group proprietary trading and for house accounts held by our asset manager and hedge fund clients, specialising in large trades with transparent pricing and minimal slippage.
Where required, XPrime integrates closely with ProLiquidity for real-time trade reporting and client and agency trade administration.
HyperWire
A fast, efficient worldwide money transfer service at a substantial discount to the major banks, together with self-managed debit cards. Every aspect of the HyperWire business is regulated in the United Kingdom by the Financial Conduct Authority.
