Our in-depth knowledge, and our relationships with every type of equity investor — venture capital firms, private equity firms, high net worth individuals and families, and corporates — mean the most appropriate structures are devised, and the right investors approached, for each fundraising exercise.
We advise on the best approach to financing at the earliest stage of a project, then work with clients to devise, source and implement bespoke structured financing. Where appropriate we help clients obtain public listings.
We frequently invest directly in our clients' projects. Where we are retained to raise capital by placing equity or other securities, we will in some cases provide interim funding ourselves.

British Business Bank fundraising
We assisted several clients in raising funds through the British Business Bank, including Quantum Financial Group, for whom the maximum available amount of £5m was raised through the Future Fund.
Pre-IPO restructuring
We completed the restructuring and a pre-IPO financing round for Omega Minerals Plc, a UK-based Canadian gold miner.
